you are not allowed to create derivatives of my work without first acquiring explicit permission from me. to attempt to acquire permission contact me at weirdlings@protonmail.com. lack of response does not count as permission. i reserve the right to revoke permission at any point for any reason, in which case the artwork should be removed from the place it's been shared at as soon as possible.

you are not allowed to use my art as training material for image generation models / tools, such as but not limited to: Midjourney, DALL-E, and Craiyon (formerly known as DALL-E Mini).

sharing

you can share my work under following conditions:

• you will inform me at weirdlings@protonmail.com of the location where you'd like to share my work and wait for my explicit permission before posting. lack of response does not count as permission. i reserve the right to revoke permission at any point for any reason.
• you will explicitly attribute weirdlings and link back to this site.
• my work will never be used for any commercial purposes, including patreon, kickstarter and related funding sites, advertisement, and paywalled content.
• you will never use my work in any context (including blogs, articles and social media posts) related to practicing or promoting bigotry of all kinds, such as racism or homophobia.
• you will never use my work in any context (including blogs, articles and social media posts) related to practicing or promoting nationalism, fascism or other extremistic views.
• you will never use my work in any context (including blogs, articles and social media posts) related to nft, blockchain or cryptocurrency.
• you will never use my work in any context (including blogs, articles and social media posts) related to practicing or promoting AI-based image / text / other media generation.

the same rules apply to any derivatives of my work.
